State Head

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Develop and review goals based on objectives set by the management and communicate it to the team.
  • Create and maintain an atmosphere in which employees willingly produce at maximum capacity.
  • Monitor the client relations and payment schedule.

Zonal Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

Loan Portfolio management of Branches (respective Zone)

  • Prepare Business Plan, work plan and budget for the targeting regions.
  • Support for expansion of Regional product and service.
  • Coordinate with Advocates and government authorities if required.
  • Support, Monitor and evaluate DY. RMs / RMs /Branch staffs under one's supervision
  • Supervise multiple regions & branches field operation
  • Lead the need assessment and base-line survey in his/her area and identify the potential clients & households for group & Individual
  • Maintain transparent fund management of the branch & regions.
  • Maintain proper credit discipline.

  • Make report of operation, financial report, and any necessary reports assigned by Upper manager.
  • Participate in recruiting the field staffs.

  • Responsible for the recognizing & observing/training, cash withdrawal & deposit , loan disbursement, repayment collection and all kinds of financial management at the branch level.

Regional Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

A. Strategic Management at Regional level:

  • Ensure that the Branch staffs constantly strive to realise the Company’s Vision and Mission by adhering to Company’s values and code of conduct.
  • Manage the market research activity for both Branch expansion and product development.
  • Branch Setup and Management including Roll-out.
  • Developing annual business plan and budget for the Region – products and services, client growth, credit needs, cash flows, profitability; and indent funds accordingly – to be done in every February for the ensuing financial year.
  • Set monthly / quarterly / annual targets for the BMs in consultation with the Zonal Managers and ensure Branches achieve their overall targets.
  • Monitor performance of the Branches in achieving their targets and analyse variations from targets and report to the Senior Management.
  • Support the Senior Management in decision making on target setting.
  • Manage new product launch as per the directives of HO.
  • Identify opportunities for income generation; facilitate market linkages for products and services, arranging job oriented skill training.

  • Manage new product launch as per the directives of Head Office (HO).
  • Identify opportunities for income generation activities for loan purpose to clients, facilitate market linkages for products and services.
  • Monitoring overall performance of branch in loan origination till loan disbursements process of branch as well as PAR.
  • Monitoring the performance of CSPs, ABMs and Periodic field visits to monitor operations performance at the field level.
  • Conduct monthly review meetings of CSPs and ABMs.
